Strictly necessary storage
stemhub-consent-v2 records category choices, policy version, decision date, and expiry for six months. stemhub-theme records an explicit display-theme choice. Session storage keeps calculator or formula-editor work for the browser session when persistent Preferences are not allowed.
Preferences
With Preferences allowed, stemhub-scientific-* stores calculator settings and optional history, while stemhub-latex-* stores formula-editor state and history. These records remain on this browser and device. Withdrawing Preferences removes persistent copies.
Analytics
No analytics provider is currently connected. This category is reserved for future consent-gated audience measurement. The policy and panel will identify the provider before activation.
Advertising and Google CMP
AdSense and Google's certified CMP are not active by default. Once the flag, valid publisher ID, approved site, and published message are ready, Google CMP replaces the site's banner for advertising consent and manages IAB TCF signals. Google and disclosed vendors may then use cookies or similar technologies according to the choices made there.
Managing and withdrawing consent
Use Privacy choices in the corner or footer. In current mode it reopens the site panel; in Google CMP mode it calls Google's official revocation message. Browser controls can also clear site data, after which consent is requested again.
